when i try to do something on Access 2007 it tells me " application is
disabled, databases may not be created " how can i fix it ?
 
When you open the database, there should be a button called options on a
security row underneath the database ribbons, you need to press that and
enable the content.

Alternatively, you have to add the path of the database to the trusted
locations press the windows globe top left hand side of the open database
window (On top of the ribbons) and select Access options at the bottom of the
popup window. Goto trust centre and and select Trust Centre Settings. Select
sted locations and add the path to your database to the trusted locations.

Ahhh, sorry I misunderstood your problem, the only help I can offer is to try
a repair or re-install Access 2007. I have googled for this problem but have
not found any issues.

Sorry for the error, try re posting your problem in one of the other news
groups associated with Access, General as example.

I hope you manage to sort the issue out.
