I was closing the BT Yahoo Anti Spy Application and Sygate reported that
ypsr.exe was trying to contact something and I did not allow it. This is in
the security log.

Application Hijacking has been detected
The application: C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\YPSR\ypsr.exe try to launch
another application: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE to go
to remote host us.js1.yimg.com

Can anyone tell me if the is a real Hijack or a false report. Everything
seems ok. Spybot finds nothing, AdAware found one minor data miner.
Incidentally the BT Yahoo Anti Spy Application found a couple of minor
threat tracking cookies.

Regards

I think the us.js1.yimg.com site provides advertising.
ypsr.exe was trying to use iexplore.exe to get the advertising.
While this may be a proper hijacking, Sygate sees it as
a highjacking and reports it.
