I am having a problem with one particular web site. That is Loaded 24/7. All
the rest of the computers on my network can access the site ok, but when I
try on my laptop, after the front page loads the IE hangs.

I have reset all the settings to default. made sure the browser is up to
date and my Firewall etc is all up to date. Rang the website and they know
of no issue.
has anyone any ideas?

Hi Michael,
Try to flush the DNS and clear your caches and offline files and cookies.
Open a Command RUN : ipconfig /flushdns Press OK.
Reboot and try the Website.
if no joy try to Fix the Winsock, you may have a winsock corrupt or damaged.
Download winsockFix from here:
http://www.nasstec.co.uk/tools.html
Run it and let it Fix for you.
Hope this helps
Regards
nass
P.S be sure your Laptop is Malware/Virus Free.
