Hopefully I can explain this clearly but here it goes. I have created a
database and imported all my clients information into the database. I am
running a bussiness that has been growing and busy dramatically.

When a new or existing client comes in I print out an application form to
fill out and have all there information filled in and sign the application
form. Due to heavy clients daily coming in and out the office. I'd like to
make it easier.

What I want to know how can I copy the actual application form into MS
ACCESS and by searching for the clients name and print it out with clients
detail information and all my clients have to do is sign it.

Is this possible?

Your help is very much appreciated.

The short answer is No.
Do your clients fill out the application in your office?
If so, why not have them fill it out on the computer using your database and
a suitable form?

Well, it'll be a few minutes or an hour's work, but you can construct an
Access Report with the constant text (as labels), the lines and boxes (as Line
controls and Rectangle controls), and the client-specific text (as textboxes),
based on a Query selecting the newly added client data. You can't just import
a Word document into an Access report object though, they have very different
structure and logic.
