Our Windows 2000 Terminal Server clients are
intermittently getting Event ID 26 error ("The application
failed to initialize properly (0xc0000006)") when
executing an application exe file on a shared folder
located in one of the local drives of the Windows 2000
Terminal Server. The shared folder (i.e. N:\apps) is
mapped to a logical drive G: for all the terminal server
clients.
Intermittently on a busy day, executing G:\file1.exe
results to an Event ID 26 error while executing
N:\apps\file1.exe works fine.
Appreciate any help.
