Application failed to initialize: 0x80010005.

Each time I boot up my Windows XP SP2 computer, I get this message. If I log
out and log back on, I generally do not get the message. I uninstalled and
reinstalled Windows Defender, and the message disappeared for a couple of
days, and then reappeared. I tried the uninstall/reinstall routine again,
but this time it did not help. Any ideas?
 
Had submitted the same problem a week or so ago and to date have not gotten
any response. Must really be a good one!
