I hope someone can help please......
I am using Windows 2000 with Office 97 Pro
On occasions when a particular Excel workbook closes by using a macro, Excel
crashes out and states:
EXCEL.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need
to restart the program.
If the program is closed normally it's not a problem, I wont bore you with
the details of the workbook other than you get to an option at the end of a
macro to open a fresh workbook or to close.
Although the Dr Watson log is way beyond my understanding it does say right
at the beginning:
Application exception occurred:
App: excel.exe (pid=468)
Exception number: c0000005 (access violation)
And way down the log it states:
FAULT ->30158f08 8bb084000000 mov esi,[eax+0x84]
ds:00000084=????????
This may be totally irrelevant....
