Application Error

Each time I exit windows this error occurs: "The instructions at "0x77f57bd2" referenced memory at "0x01360010". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program

That is the error I recieve. Any info on this or how it can be fixed

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
