Getting various application errors when Internet Explorer
is used. The following were copied from the event log:

Application popup: dvdkey.exe - Application Error : The
instruction at "0x77d90211" referenced memory
at "0x00088898". The memory could not be "read

Application popup: SysUpdShadowProcessing: keyexp.exe -
Application Error : The instruction at "0x77fcc911"
referenced memory at "0x6363db06". The memory could not
be "written".

Application popup: SysUpdShadowProcessing: keyexp.exe -
Application Error : The instruction at "0x004566ba"
referenced memory at "0x4d52545b". The memory could not
be "read".

The user gets a popup that an error has occured,
click "OK" to debug or click "cancel". Have tried debug,
nothing happens. Has latest patches and updates, have
cleaned out temp files, removed spyware, increase virtual
memory. If anyone is able to shed some light on this, I
would appreciate it. Thanks.
