I get the error

vsmon.exe application error
The Instruction at 0x7c901919 references memory at 0x0175db2e. The memory
could not be read.

What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Hi,

This is part of ZoneAlarm firewall. Try shutting down ZoneAlarm,
uninstalling and re-installing.

Original post doesn't seem to have gone through.

Hi,

This is from ZoneAlarm firewall. Try disabling ZoneAlam (right-click
the tray icon), uninstalling, and re-installing.
