Application Error - Please Help

Dear Friends..!

We are using an one small application with SQL Database. I can able to
access this application if my OS is windows 2000 Professional.

But, I unable to access my application if my OS is Windows XP
Professional....I have received following error while i open the application:

AppName: pib.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.1106 Offset: 00013887

In Event Viewer:

Faulting application pib.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module kernel32.dll,
version 5.1.2600.1106, fault address 0x00013887.

Someone please help that I want to use my application in Windows XP

Hi,

Try using compatibility mode?

It sounds like the application is not XP-compatible, have you contacted the
software vendor with this issue yet? A patch or upgrade may be required.

Dear Friend.

Thanks your suggestion..! Yes. I tried to run compatible mode..but still
the same error...!
Yes your'r right..Application is not XP-compatible..! Ok. I will run the
application in Windows 2000 professional PC instead of windows xp...!
