Application error on XP at runtime

We have a problem with windows XP professional for one of
our applications running on windows xp professional.

The following are the details from the Event Viewer :
Faulting applucation orion3.exe, version 0.0.0.0,
faulting module unknown,version 0.0.0.0,
fault address 0x00000b01

corrupt .dll opr driver. Dll hell , uninstall, clean
all of old app. out, then reinstall.
