Hi John,
Thank you for the update. We don't recommand you replace the explorer.exe
shell. I suggest you change it back to check if the issue still exists. To
initial a program in Terminal Services, you may follow the steps below.
1. Open Terminal Services Configuration.
2. Open the properties of RDP-Tcp and click the Enviroment tab.
3. Set the program here.
If the issue doesn't occur, I think that the issue is related with the PWB
program.

| We don't get the infamous blue screen of death. I have configured the
shell
| to be the PWB instead of explorer.exe. So when the PWB (I suspect this is
| the app) crashes the thin clients displays a blank blue screen.
