application cannot execute on XPE

hi,all

After double click the icon with the mouse, the app cannot execute, and
Filmon does not show any information. What should I do?

What exactly happens? What sort of application is it?
Any idea what it was written in?

Could be almost anything missing. Check for ..
missing registry entries using 'regmon'.
missing dll's using 'dependency walker'.
missing services your app needs.
