Apple OS X formatted firewire compatability

Please help!

I have an Oxford IEEE 1394 Firewire drive with Mac OS X
formating which I need to view and open in Windows XP Home
edition.

I find it connected and "working properly" in my Device
Manager, but no means to open the drive (no icon
represented).

Do I need a driver update?

Do a search for Message-ID: <#[email protected]> in
this same newsgroup.
 
Windows systems cannot read MAC formatted disks without the use of an added
in program. Do a search for MAC to PC disk readers?
