Apple Cenema HD display inf driver?

I have a Apple Cinema HD Display 23' and im needing a inf
file so windows can detect the monitor because with it
just plugin play it want go past 60herts refresh rate. So
can any body help my find an inf or create one or show me
a 3rd party software that will let me do that?
