Hi Pedro,
Any Memory card reader or External USB storage attached to this machine,
network printer, check if there is a conflict among devices on the machine by
going to Device manager and also start wit Clean Up boot.

If there is a program causing this try to disable/remove it from start up
option from Msconfig or on the registry:
[-]HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run = look
in the Right Pane/Window for th offending program and remove it.
