Has the record been saved to disk? If it's still displayed on the
form, it generally hasn't; you'll need to close the form, move off the
record, or explicitly save the data in code, or it won't be in the
table for export.
I'm straining my intuition a bit here. You didn't post ANY description
of the situation, and of course I cannot see your database, so this is
just a wild guess. If (as is likely) it's off, please post back with a
bit more detail so we have a chance to help.
