I am running Vista Professional RTM (Build 6000). My machine is a NON AERO
platform.
When I invoke control panel > personalization > appearance settings >
advanced appearance settings to change the color of the Vista Basic scheme,
the control accepts the change, and acknowledges the change, but the change
never takes effect.
Any input would be appreciated. This appears to be a minor bug. Note the
background change works fine as well as changing theme types. It is just the
advanced appearance that is inoperative
platform.
