Are you talking about the ControlTip property?
This is the text that can appear when the mouse is over a control.
Right-click on a text box, command button, etc. and go to Properties.
You should see an option that says "ControlTip Text" on the Other or All
tabs.
Enter whatever information you desire for that control.
