appearance of "contact list"

I would like to change the appearance of my "select name box". Is this
possible. Before we updated, our contact list appeared bigger and differently
whenever we selected the "to" option on an email. Can we go back to that
view?

I wonder what view you are using now.
We are not able to read minds.
Not sure what the "select name box" is, but if you're referring to the
Outlook Address Book, its appearance is not configurable, nor has it
changed.

I have a question similar to the first post. When sending an email in
OL2000 if I click the "TO" button to view the contacts from my address book,
the "Select Names" window displays. The field from my address book that
displays is the "Full Name" field. I can search for names, double click to
insert, etc. I'd like to be able to change the field that comes up in this
"Select Names" window from the "Full Name" field to the "Company Name" field.

Which mail support mode of Outlook 2000 are you using?
What sort order did you set for the Address Book?

Hi Russ,

Thanks for your interest. OL is in Corporate mode but I'm using an Internet
email profile (no Exchange service added to the profiile). The view is
sorted by Full Name.

Ummm, you can only sort the Outlook Address Book by First, Last or File
As...
Full Name is not an option. Let's check your settings again.
