Appearance Effects..

For some reason, whenever I start windows, the effect
setting "Show window contents while dragging" keeps
disabling itself. I made sure my performance settings in
System Properties was set to custom, with everything
enabled, yet that one feature keeps disabling itself.

Any help would be appreciated.
