Well firstly they're completely different components-- Application Sharing is a Netmeeting
component which lets you share individual applications (or the whole desktop) whereas Remote
Assistance only lets you only do the whole desktop.
There's tons of other differences, but I'd suggest you simply just try both to see what they
both do.
