Can anyone tell me why I receive this message upon opening Outlook 2007 and
how I can fix it.
I appreciate your help!

The file isn't there? The file is read-only?

Business Contact Manager for Outlook (this is on the top of the dialog box)

The dialog box says
app\data\local\microsoft\outlook\archive.pst cannot be opened

I wished I could answer your question, but it doesn't say anything about
file missing or read only
 
I am still trying to find the answer to this problem; is there anyone that
can assist with the fix.

Why not look for the file? And if you find it, see if the file is read-
only.

The "Business Contact Manager for Outlook" at the top of the dialog
indicates that BCM got the error message and displayed it. However,
I've never come across a situation where BCM would access an Outlook
file (any file ending in .PST) directly. BCM probably requested
something from Outlook and Outlook responded with that error message.
