APOP Account in Outlook 2003

How can i configure an account to access my smtp server using apop

i know that i can configure it to log in a smtp server with a password and username, but it is using SS. It is in the "Outgoing Server" tab in the "More settings" menu

Outlook doesn't support APOP, just POP3 and IMAP.
