Apllication server works but not RD

I can get a remote desktop connection to work by using the Application
sharing in Windows messenger, but there seems to be no way to get acess
through Remote destop using the web extension.
The main problem are that I have no Public IP number.

Yes I´ve got a IP number but it doesn´t seem to work, if I try to use it
like this http://(myIpnumber)/mycomputer/tsweb/Default.htm it just says "the
page cannot be displayed".
"inhouse" it works just fine.
I´ve tried to change the port 1338 to 80 but still no go?
Any suggestions ?

There's a router or nat device or proxy or firewall between you and the
Internet. Any such device needs to have inbound traffic opened to be used
in the way that you wish.

If you have admin control over this device, I'd strongly advice opening port
3389 and testing Remote Desktop executable client, before going whole hog
and running IIS and opening port 80.

Many fewer security considerations with just RD.
