[Smelly]

I made a some msi packages and for the most part they work great. However
sometimes they fail with the following event:
Is there anyway around these errors. I am using wininstall LE and pushing
to Win2k clients.

Error 1931. The Windows Installer service cannot update the system file
C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\oledb32x.dll because the file is
protected by Windows. You may need to update your operating system for this
program to work correctly. Package version: 2.61.7326.0, OS Protected
version: 2.53.6200.0

I believe remioving the file from your package will work, since it is
already in place.
