APD.CPY.DLL

Does anyone know of this dll? Is it virus-related?

After a fresh boot (WinME), running IE6 gives a message that Rundll32
has caused an error in APD.CPY.DLL and us closing. A Google search
comes up empty. There is such a file in the Windows directory, and if
you delete it, it re-appears (I just LOVE WinME).

Appears to be spyware related. Run AdAware and Spybot.
