Although I have read that this is a "kernel error" - whatever that is, I
don't wish to completely restore my computer back to factory settings. Been
there, done that and I seem to come up with the same BSOD error. How can I
find out which software program I am installing is coming up with this error?
I went to the Maintenance - Solutions section and it said it had no answer
for this problem. Microsoft KB has no help on this error either. What do I
do now? Also tried to run chkdsk and it says it is NTFS and goes to 20% of
verifying indexes and hangs there.
