APACHE bridge

I accessed a web site the other day and was able to get
on it, but today when I tried to access it, it didn't
come on. It kept saying, failure of server APACHE bridge.
Does anyoneknow what tis means and how do I fix it?

E.seth apache is a web server and it is problems at there
end. Try to contact the web admin of the site to tell them
about your problems.
