Several years ago I started using a very nice, freeware HTML editor, named AOLPress32. It had a very nice feature I was never able to find in any other new HTML editor: "webize directory". You click a button, and the program examines all relations among your web pages, and then it shows them to you in graphical mode (a... WEB!) or in text mode; in both modes you can simply change the name of one file, and automaGically all linking files will be edited to match new name! It's just GREAT!
Does anybody know a modern program which does the same? Aolpress was designed for Windows 95 (!!!), and I have some trouble in running it on Win XP, even in compatibility mode.
This is the only useful feature I really need in an HTML editor, besides the other two obvious ones:
- freeware
- WYSIWYG
