AOL slows my speed

AOL slows my speed,Speed test on raw cable is 3.2
megs,only 781,000 bps through AOL,How can I speed up the
speed through AOL.It's only running at 25% of raw cable!

Are you just pointing this out to deter more people from AOL?

Well, let's put it this way.

You stated that your speed through your raw cable (cable modem?) is over 3
times that of the speed when you use AOL over Broadband (assuming that is
what you mean by "AOL", right?)

All the settings that would be pointed out here would be for Windows XP, not
for AOL. You may want to ask AOL your question and point out what you are
seeing. Perhaps someone here will answer with some settings to do it, but
in my experience you will get more responses pertaining to removal of AOL
than help for AOL. =)
