AOL mail import to OE6

I have change from AOL to BT and now I am unable to retrieve my email
address book and saved messages from the AOL folder.
How can I inport AOL info to Outlook Express 6 format?

AOL offers a tool, "Intellisync For AOL" that will allow you to migrate your
information from AOL to Outlook or Outlook Express. It's a free download.
