aol instant messenger

When I try to click in my password to check my e-mail, I
get the error message "turn your cookies on". How is this
done? I have windows xp home and I have norton 2004
antvirus and zone alarm pro. Could this software be
causing the problem

yes, its software alright called aol. they want you to
turn on third party cookies, go to internet
options,privacy,advanced-allow all cookies. you may have
look at norton options as well, they are trying to
protect. or contact aol support.
