aol.com locks up???

I can get no answer solution to this problem? I go to www.aol.com to
retrieve e-mail and computer locks up i.e. says sight is not responding?
Dell computer (and very frustrating that their tech support has no solution)
which is new and when the problem started (old computer had no problem with
this).

Any suggestions?

No... Well, not one you want. Don't go to AOL isn't going to help is it?

After that look for poorly coded plug-ins.

One thing to note is that you'll be able to boot to safe mode without
networking, load IE - it will complain about not connecting - and from there
you can probably go ahead and see what plug-ins are enabled or you can just
use the above application...
