Aol and hotmail

I was wondering if anyone could help me! I can't seem to
send any emails to aol or hotmail customers. It say's the
email has been sent but knowone is receiving them! Is
there a setting that i have missed or is there something
that i am doing wrong?

Please help
 
Have you confirmed with the recipient that they are not blocking the messages?
both hotmail and aol have a feature that allows only mail from people in the
address book - everything else is discarded.
