AOL address book converting to Mail Contacts?

Are there some utilities to convert AOL address book info (in aol organize
files) and load same into Outlook Express/Vista Mail contacts?

If you can export your AOL contacts to a CSV file, you can import the CSV
file into Address Book (WinXP) or Windows Contacts (Vista).
