Anyway to "unlink" CDs?

I have a few CDs burned with more than one CD on it (not mixed, just more
than one CD). Whenever I rip the files, they're all "linked" and when I use
the "Find Album Info", it changes that data for all the files, weather or not
they are the ones I have selected. This makes it a pain to label them, since
whenever I try to retrieve info for the other CD, it over-writes the info of
the first CD, leaving the last tracks still un-labeled. How do I fix this so
that the tracks are segregated, not grouped?
 
If you used a CD-R you cannot, you can on a CD-RW.
