anyway to get shortcut on desktop to clear page file?

I would like a shortcut to dump virtual memory (clear page file) on my
desktop. I don't won't a third party program to do it. Can someone give me a
javascript to do it so I can put it on my desktop. Or do you know another
way to create a shortcut to do it?
 
The page file is locked while Windows is running. You can clear it when your
computer shuts down, if you don't mind waiting a bit longer for your
computer to shut down.
