Anyone using TrendMicro Sysclean?

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone is using the free antivirus scanning
program Sysclean by TrendMicro? I am using it with WindowsXP Pro SP2.
It seems I can't use it anymore because it gets errors while scanning
almost every file on my system. Anyone else encounter this problem.

Did you turn off system restore ?

1. Log on as Administrator.
2. Right-click the My Computer icon on the desktop and click Properties.
3. Click the System Restore tab.
4. Select Turn off System Restore.
5. Click Apply > Yes > OK.
6. Continue with the scan/clean process. Files under the _Restore folder
can now be deleted.
7. Re-enable System Restore by clearing Turn off System Restore.
 
Thanks for your reply Rod. I did everything you said and it still
gives me an error message on files. I am recieving a "error 94"
message. I can't figure it out because I can use Avast and eScan with
no problems or errors. Maybe it is a SP2 related problem. Thanks again
for your help.
