Use the inks for CLI8 cartridges.

The PG 40 is pigment black, which is actually still the same fomula as the
BCI3 era black that most pre-chipped Canon inkjets used, at least according
to after market ink cross-reference charts.

The Colour is a new formula though, but the same acrss the line, so the CL
Head-OnCart ink is the same as the CLI individual tanks.
