Anyone recommend a URL/bookmarks/favorites manager?

I'd like something ideally freeware or inexpensive shareware which
can:

1. Import/Export links from IE and Mozilla
2. Synchronise these links
3. Automatically remove duplicates

I thought I'd got it sorted when I came across URLBase and JetLinks,
but have had problems with both (freezing/crashing).

Any recommendations?

utility that allows the user to share bookmarks between all their browsers.
Release 0.70 includes a few minor bug fixes and support for Konqueror and
Mozilla Firebird.

Mozilla Firebird browsers was added with this release. BookmarkBridge now
supports merging bookmarks between Internet Explorer, Opera, Mozilla

See http://pricelessware.org, Internet category, for Columbine Bookmark
Merge (CBM). Despite being pre-Mozilla, it properly opened and showed my
Mozilla bookmarks. However, it doesn't seem to have the Keywords that
show in Mozilla's bookmark manager. But if you don't use keywords or
update check/notification, it may work fine.
