Anyone recognize these files found in Winnt directory?

scan

Loop.exe
Meta4.exe
Mota113.exe

Scans with Jotti.org are negative as with Avast, Ad-Aware, Spybot and
Windows Defender. However, Filealyzer indicates packers as does
Jotti.org.
Jotti didn't find anything but said proceed with caution for all three.

I have
feelho.exe
randstat,exe
nsstuff.exe

and oldup.exe

nothing objects to them, startup has the Randstat one there, feelho
always tries to use my network connection - before I startit.

oldup as randstat and nsstuff in it's strings

The've gone, and everything works - but what are they
