Anyone know WINSPLLOG.EXE or WINSPLOG.EXE

Is any of these two programs part of Microsoft Anti
Spyware ?
I had my whole folder "My Documents" cleared and I was
wondering if the program WINSPLLOG.EXE could have been
the cause.

Nope, not a part of the application.
