I'm a little frustrated. Why doesn't microsoft have an
online customer service option (other than this bbs) for
IExplorer???
I found one for every other microsoft product including
the f$*$&#$& operating system, but not for explorer. And
so what if it came with the computer, it's not SONY's
fault Explorer is F*#$%'d up.
Not to mention Sony really doesn't have live online help,
just a stupid 800 number that you'll have to wait 2 hours
to speak to someone from Pakistan on.
Been there Done that.
Any thoughts people?

Why do you assume that the people here know less about IE than Microsoft? :)

Aha but it often IS other people's fault when IE gets upset. Many of the
questions here relate to how manufacturers set up the systems they provide,
whch they do for their own convenience not yours or Microsoft's.

Have you tried Linus / Unix?

Yes, over the years MS have made things very easy but nobody can create
perfection in every case. Compare the number of problems posted here to the
astronomical numbers of users who don't experience problems. Electric
starters can be a nuisance when they fail, however they are still more
convenient than a hand crank. Even so, a hand cranked Model T is still a
major step up from having to walk.

Then, remove from the problems posted here all of the ones caused by such
things as spyware, adware, user misconfiguration, viruses and the universal
problem of a dismal failure to read the manual and compare again.

What free product support does your company offer? How long for? 90 days? A
year?
