system. We sincerely apologize for the delay in our reply as we continue to
experience a very high volume of inquiries.
The materials are currently being prepared in our warehouse for shipment-
which is estimated to begin by late next week, provided there are no delays.
If you are only receiving one of the gifts, your order will be processed to
ship as soon as the materials are ready. If you have qualified to receive
both gifts, you must submit a signed W-9 before we may process your order.
Once your W-9 is processed and the materials are ready, your order will be
processed to ship.
Once your order has shipped, you should receive within 7 – 10 business days.
