What i need is to wake the computer over internet
I know the Magic Packet is arriving the computer (by monitoring traffic
when computer is alive)
but it never wakes the computer successfully, regardless the sleep mode
(s1, s3, etc)

I know the hope is little but there might be someone who has the same
model made it work. You never know.

Regards.

Couple inital troubleshooting steps:

-Do you see any relevant LAN power management/WOL settings in the BIOS?
Usually there's a enable/disable WOL or something like that in there.

-When the computer is off, are the lights on the network card still on?
When the computer is off the network card should still be connected to the
router/hub waiting to receive any wake up packets. If it's totally off
then it'll never hear the "signal". Only exception is if it wakes itself
up occassionally to check the network but I'm not sure if they do that.
Mine network card just stays on even when the computer is off.

-Go into Windows device manager and pull up the device properties for your
network card and look in those tabs for any options related to enabling
power management or WOL for the network card.

Good luck,

i've been to BIOS/OS power management settings too many times with
differnt combination but didn't find the right one yet - if there is
one.
