Hello.... can ANYONE help me? Posted on the 24th and
this is a huge issue for me, one that is going to force
me to go back to OE which I hate to do because other than
this stupid problem I love Outlook vs. OE. But what kind
of program makes you print an ENTIRE email or file rather
than just a selection???

HELP!!!!!!

What version of Outlook and what is the message format?

Outlook has limited printing capabilities - if you need to print a section,
copy and paste into word or notepad and print. Outlook 2003 SP1 has some
improvements.

Yes, I agree. It is unbelievable that Microsoft deceided to delete th
printing per page option. Maybe they made a deal with the ink-producin
companies?
There are several "sort of" work around:
1) Most people advise to copy and paste to Word and then print th
selection you want. I do not like that because the lay-out is ruine
and you do not have the sender and cc and/or bcc names.
2) Another (and in my option the better) option is to 'Edit th
message' (first open the message, then 'Edit' and 'Edit message'. The
delete all you do not want to print, then print.
Answer 'No' when you are asked to save the changes after pressin
'Esc'

So, here we all sit pulling our collective hair out whilst microsoft does not
even bother to engage in the discussion, No doubt, this will be fixed in
Office 2005, and sold to us all as a "HUGE IMPROVEMENT" at great cost.

per page printing never existed in outlook - it worked only in certain mail
formats. I print to the office document image writer and select the pages
for printing....
