anyone have problems with iolo technologies support?

Anyone have problems with iolo technologies customer support? I d/l
their System Mechanic 7, which I liked, and snail mailed them a money
order for the license a couple weeks ago. I sent two emails, then
tried calling all four of their support numbers last Friday, including
their non-toll numbers and ALL were busy (there could've been
problems) without help.

You are being very generous in assuming there is a phoneproblem, but if it
really has been two weeks I think I would follow up with a registered
letter. Emails do tend to get ignored by a lot of companies.

Well, it was 4:00 pm on a Friday and perhaps everyone had gone home
early. :)

Anyway, I finally got the license via email today.
