The list is limitless Dave.
The first level is dependent on what fonts are available on your machine.
You want to be careful if you are making the presentation for distribution,
since if a font is not available on the receiving machine, it may not show
the intended bullet image. If the show is only for the local machine, then
the choices are limited only by which fonts you have installed.
The second level is the ability to use any image as a custom bullet. That
is correct -- ANY image. Therefore, as long as you have a picture of what
you want, you can use it as your bullet by selecting Format => Bullets and
numbering ... => Picture => Import => Navigate to and select image => OK out
of everything.
